...based on Alfred Adler’s body of work in psychology, which asserts that
1. Each of us has an orderly view of the world,
2. Our behavior is consistent with our world view, and
3. We have a central goal that aligns with it.

This central goal is integral to how we subconsciously define “success.” According to Adler, these beliefs guide our behavior throughout our lives, even though we are only dimly aware of their influence. You can discover your personal beliefs by thoughtful introspection and honest appraisal.

Your personal beliefs are not necessarily good or bad, but identifying and understanding your beliefs will help you see ourselves more clearly. There are no right answers or wrong answers.
